To manage and lead regional agents
To ensure all agreed sales and merchandising objectives are achieved, in accordance with the Sales department’s goals and objectives.
Conducting formal business reviews and cycle deal meetings with respective Regional Sales Agents and Low End Distributors.
Ensure that all promotional activities within the region are timeously executed and communicated to relevant agents.
Ensure that shelf allocation is always in line with market share and SCJ objectives.
Achieve Market Share targets through effective management of the Regional volume forecast.
Drive distribution in the assigned regions
REQUIREMENTS : Essential experience :
Essential experience :
3-5 years operation experience within the FMCG industry.
Minimum 2 years Sales Management experience with Agents.
Technical Skills : MS Office
SAP (BW reporting)
Fact Based Selling presentations.
Drive for results
Ability to work under pressure
Special requirements : Travelling Domestic
