Purpose of the Role

To manage the client relationship in order to maximise profitability and opportunities to develop and grow the service.

    Research technology trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability through adoption

  • Manage Workflow & Team Manager
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the account and support the WTM
  • Drive and contribute to a culture of accountability and positive attitude
  • Mentor and develop individuals to maintain a professional, high-performance client engagement team
  • Ensure team are following all processes and procedures (both the clients’ and Exigent’s)

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years’ proven experience as an effective Account Manager
  • Aptitude for selling
  • Ability to form relationships quickly with ease, and to build credibility with the target audience
  • A collaborative and consultative approach with clients aimed at building long-term relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) at C-suite level
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to analyse processes intelligently to improve efficiencies
  • Ability to interpret financial metrics and trends to make excellent business decisions
  • Ability to be a change agent as and when needed and an Ambassador for the business
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound, commercial judgements
  • Tenacity to achieve results
  • Can create meaningful visuals from data using Power BI or equivalent, provide insight which adds value to Exigent and clients (i.
  • e. informs decision making)
