Main duties and responsibilities :

1. Validation for all PPS Investments LISP and Asset Management offering

2. Processing applications for all product streams

3. Coordination of Section 14 and 37 transfers

4. Ensure that each intermediary is licensed to sell our Products

5. Handling enquiries from client intermediaries and broader distribution force with first time resolution

6. Maintenance of commission arrangements with intermediaries

7. Management of documentation iro FICA & FAIS legislation and other regulatory requirements

8. Ensure our client and intermediaries comply with all regulatory requirements

9. Update client information on CRM

10. Management of stakeholder relationships to ensure improved client experience

11. Ensure all clients instructions are processed timeously and accurately

12. Follow up on all pending instructions

13. Ensure our clients comply with the prudent investment guidelines

14. Manage work allocated to you

15. Responsible to ensure that all client documentation is stored electronically as per company policy

16. Prioritise all work allocated to administration and all client instructions within standard level agreements

Ideal experience :

1. 1 2 years’ experience in an administration environment within financial services / LISP / Asset Management

Ideal qualifications :

1. Matric qualification a minimum requirement

2. Tertiary qualification would be to your advantage

Competencies and ideal personality attributes :

Systems knowledge :

1. MS Office intermediate level of MS Word & Excel

2. Sales Logix or another comparable CRM application is an advantage

Key success measurement :

Strong interpersonal skills with enthusiasm for dealing with clients to deliver the best experience and outcomes to them.
