Do you have an EXPERT understanding of SHORT TERM INSURNACE CLAIMS and the SHORT TERM INSURANCE INDUSTRY?
Have you got a solid track record in the CLAIMS environment?
Do you have an NQF5 (or above)?
If you have answered yes to all of the above then we would like to consider you for a role in our Insurance Claims Division where the job purpose is to co-
ordinate and oversee, manage, negotiate and settle claims. You will have to carefully assess the validity and quantum of claims and ensure that correct decisions are made on all aspects of the claim and in this way contribute to company profitability.
You will be accountable for the end-to-end finalisation of the claim. At times you will also be expected to assume responsibility to manage the process and resolve any conflict by negotiation, settlement and finalisation.
To qualify for this job you will need a matric, a completed NQF5 and a deep understanding of Short Term Insurance Claims.
Essential / Basic Qualifications
Matric (NQF 4)
An NQF 5 or above qualification
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in processing HOC / PL / Commercial claims
Prior experience / exposure to a customer services environment will be advantageous
