Compiling monthly Financial reports and preparation of finance data for financial reviews.
Preparation of annual budget and company Business plans.
Ad Hoc financial cost investigations.
Manage the Accounting, HR, and Purchasing functions.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeous submission of all data to Head Office.
Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements and Tax Packs.
Business development, Business Modeling, Merger & Acquisition feasibilities.
Assisting with preparation of tender submissions.
Advisory function to the directors in regards to company statutory matters.
CA (SA) and 5 years experience in Finance.
Excellent Computer Skills, specifically with MS Excel.
Attention to detail.
