Accountabilities Include :

  • Workflow Management, Quality Control and Client Services
  • Continuously monitor the queue to claim and action requests
  • Perform daily, weekly & monthly checks with completion of w
  • orkflow & escalate deviations
  • Receiving and Uploading / Amendment of Data
  • In all instances, perform a 100% quality check (fit for processing) prior to execution
  • Act as subject matter expert on CIB Client Static procedures, taking manuals into account
  • Review and analyze requests in terms of amendments and additions received
  • Update progress on workflow tool (SharePoint) in accordance with procedure
  • Data Cleaning and Checking
  • Log request on workflow tool (SharePoint) in accordance with procedure
  • Review corporate documentation on processes and controls and evaluate the continuing effectiveness of these and related systems
  • Sign off on daily data audit reports and correct any anomalies
  • Troubleshooting
  • Solve complex amendments due to buy-outs
  • Liaise with legal in terms of legal requirements during buy outs and subsequent amendments
  • Address system limitations by making recommendations on source info & enhancements
  • Requirements :

  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) with Mathematics
  • Post grade 12 qualification in systems, engineering, statistics is preferable
  • 2 years’ experience in working with complex data amendments
  • Sound knowledge of data, rational databases, and related IT system
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • No criminal record
