A top AJ studio based in East London are looking to employ a part II for a minimum three-month contract. The project is based in London and will be taken from planning to tender.

The contract is flexible and may be made permanent pending performance and project requirements. The studio is over 100 employees and they work on exciting schemes in both the UK and internationally.

You will be working in AutoCAD and it is highly advantageous if you can also work in Revit.

The Role

You will be working directly with a project leader on a UK residential project in an AutoCAD and Revit environment. You must have good knowledge of UK regulations as you will be working from stages 2-

4. You must also be able to display excellent graphic and presentation skills. You should be confident working on technical elements and be comfortable developing tender packages.

It will be a minimum of a three month contract with high possibility of extension or permanent contract.

What sectors do they work in?

The studio work on UK and international projects across a diverse variety of sectors. This project is focused in the residential sector.

Software and Knowledge

Background in the UK housing sector and knowledge of residential facades and fit outs is highly advantageous. You will be working in AutoCAD so you must have good working knowledge of this.

The studio also operate highly in Revit so it is helpful if you can work in this way.
