Role Purpose

  • Provide administrative support to the sales structure, including but not limited to the raising and tracking of POs, rep wise pricing administrative management and compliance execution management.
  • Providing analytical support in the form of tracking, monitoring and reporting on key KPIs.
  • Essential Job Responsibilities

    Administrative and sales support to sales operational team

  • Loading of requisitions on e-buy, purchase order up to payment to customer for all execution in-store activities
  • Opening new vendors for contract customers.
  • Event management for all sales activities e.g. order catering, assist in flight, accommodation and car hire.
  • Couriering documents (when required)
  • Administrative support to sales (e.g. following up on contract customer invoices )
  • Compliance tracking of all inn-store execution.

  • Ensure all invoices payments have relevant supporting documents eg.Display photos, Broadsheet.
  • All contract compliance information is up to date and stored.
  • PSR support

  • Follow up and feedback on expense claims
  • Courier and posting documents / parcels to sales team.
  • Review of KPA’s

  • Overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative support to the sales team
  • Education :

  • Degree qualification required, preferably in a FMCG sales enviroment
  • Years of experience :

  • Preferred, but not required 1-2+ Years sales trainee , business analyst or promotion management experience
  • Languages :

  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Other Job Specific Skills :

  • Technical skills Microsoft Office tools especially Excel .
  • Well organised
  • Draven to climb the sales career ladder
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working at cross functional level
  • Key Competencies or Skills Required

  • Needs to demonstrate potential to grow in a sales role
  • Must be able to work well in cross functional teams, both as a team player
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
