Job Description :

  • Supporting and assisting with all aspects of the CEO / COO work as and when required
  • Typing, editing, composing of correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, presentation and reports as required
  • Take control of CEO’s diary and appointments as well as co-ordination of all domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Proof reading all reports and documents
  • Requirements :

  • Must have experience in Booking flight, Visa , overseas travel, Passports
  • Computer literate with Power point, Excel, word, outlook etc
  • Matric with relevant qualifications
  • Pleasant natured with a strong personality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Drivers Licence required
  • Salary : Market Related
