PURPOSE OF POSITION To ensure that the current SLA as per required in the Mogalakwena contract is met and service improvement.

Direct contact with the manager on a daily basis to ensure that Gilbarco AFS meets and exceeds client expectations with all aspects of the Gilbarco AFS systems installed at the site / mine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Gilbarco AFS Health & Safety procedures and policy is maintained on a daily bases.
  • Ensure MINE Health & Safety procedures and policy is maintained on a daily bases.
  • Ensure Gilbarco AFS / MINE Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance by means of daily site and equipment inspections.
  • Ensure Gilbarco AFS Standard Operating Procedures are kept by daily maintenance.
  • Attend weekly safety meeting in accordance with the mine requirements..
  • Service trucks and diesel bowsers daily inspections and maintenance.
  • Complete quality control inspections on installations and maintenance tasks as per relevant SOP’s
  • Workshops daily inspections and maintenance.
  • Critical spares to be kept at the minimum requirements.
  • Ensure that the filtration systems are serviced in accordance with SLA.
  • Company vehicle to be kept in a good working condition at all times.
  • Site housekeeping to be kept in accordance with the SLA.
  • MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE (INDICATORS)

  • NM / PI’s, HSSE Policies both Customer and Gilbarco AFS
  • Site inspections 7 per week.
  • Maintenance tasks fixed sites and service vehicles 5 per day
  • Equipment to be checked per site daily eg. Pumps, hose reels etc.
  • Best Team Wins Development Plan, Succession Management, Performance Management
  • Customer Service 90% KPI Score Card as per agreement.
  • Filtration system checked Weekly
  • Driver behaviour not less than 90% of allocated target.
