To provide IT desktop support to Bytes Managed Solutions user base and ensure customer delight while honoring SLA.
Main Accountabilities :
Fosters trust and confidence with both internal and external customers
Build technical relationship with our clients to influence and provide guidance (Excellent partner relationships and gaining user trust as a trusted IT advisor).
Accept calls from call logging system and follow through to closure and ensure that calls are checked and updated with the latest updates until call closure (exceed customer expectations, monitor, qualify and measure satisfaction, follow through on calls and provide feedback where requested)
Ensure that contracted customer Service Level Agreements as met (closed)
Complete own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan.

Technical Support (5 Years) - Essential
Required Skills :
Microsoft operating systems and productivity software.
Computer hardware, functions, troubleshooting and resolution. (Laptops and Desktops).
RF networks, communication and equipment
3G and APN configuration
Printer support and maintenance
Wireless network support
AD Administration (Account lockouts, OU Memberships).
Vendor and 3rd Party management.
Communication (Written and Verbal) - Clear, concise, good command and conveyance of language
