WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this sales position you will report to the Head of Eastern Europe & Africa and have the following responsibilities :

  • Implementing the Consumer Goods Business strategy in the assigned countries and the business development in terms of market intelligence and distribution expansion, brand and excellence for the consumer
  • Managing the Retailer Partner Mono- and Multi-brand business in the defined region
  • Achieving quantitative and qualitative targets in line with the company long-term plan and annual budget plan as well ensuring respective planning and reporting
  • Managing and coordinating all local promotion, communication and market activities and acting as a main contact for the defined region
  • WHAT WE EXPECT

    As an ideal candidate you have a University degree in business (or a comparable education) and have worked as Area / Sales Manager for five years, preferably within the branded consumer goods business.

    Besides excellent selling and communication skills we expect cross cultural awareness, preferably country specific knowledge and perfect presentation skills.

    Excellent knowledge of English is a must, any other languages skills are an asset. The job requires a willingness to travel up to 80%.
