    To implement the Bank's talent acquisition and succession management strategies, facilitate standardized application of talent attraction and acquisition practices, and build an internal and external pool of critical and specialist talent.

    To drive the implementation of the recruitment operating practices, systems and innovative solutions.

    experience and qualifications

    Minimum Qualification : Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree in Social Science) Preferred Qualification : Masters Degree in Psychology Work experience : At least five years (5) years of sourcing and / or recruitment experience preferably in a Financial Services environment

    End to End accountability for Recruitment Coordinating efforts of specialist recruiters based at FCC Liaison between line managers and Recruiters To source, qualify and influence talent for all levels of critical / hard-

    to-fill positions Pro-actively driving specialist sourcing of hard to fill roles, talent mapping and anticipated skills Develop clearly defined recruitment strategies, and sets expectations in partnership with the recruitment team To drive the implementation of the recruitment operating practices, systems and innovative solutions To implement the Bank's talent sourcing and succession management strategies, facilitate standardised application of talent attraction and acquisition practices, and build an internal and external pool of critical and specialist talent.

    Additionally, this position will ensure that FCC is represented in the most accurate and appropriate manner to all candidates
