Oliver & More is on the lookout for an exceptional Advisor to join the Johannesburg HR team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for implementation of the talent acquisition process for the attraction, and acquisition of Oliver and MORE people in SA and Globally if required.
Key areas of Output :
The individual will be required to work with people at all levels; juniors and senior management alike.
Business intelligence savvy. Able to translate people metrics to value-adding people programmes.
Using various medium such as LinkedIn and other social media, Recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing in providing a credible candidate experience to all candidates, securing the best possible talent for Oliver’s needs now and in the future.
Able to analyse and provide recommendations for compensation approaches, providing all the necessary preparation for the business to make solid decisions on compensation in line with attraction and retention strategies.
Able to manage end-to-end the full employee lifecycle.
Facilitates on boarding.
Owns employment relations matters fairly and with a high level of professionalism always keeping the employer brand core to decisions.
Technical HR expertise and technical Recruitment expertise, able to execute programmes.
Analytical skills : Ability to perform meaningful analysis to come up with effective creative solutions to problems.
Innovation : Ability to come up with new ideas in the HR space and implement these ideas.
Knowledge Building : Ability to build intellectual capital in the Talent Team.
Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
MUST COME FROM ADVERTISING AND MEDIA INDUSTRY
Min 4 -5 years recruitment experience
Tertiary qualification in HR preferred
Fluent in English.
