HR Consultant needed for a leading construction company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Consultant to perform duties in recruitment and personnel, co-coordinating service awards and functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment equity, training &development, remuneration, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures and performing ad hoc duties.
Ideally you will have a B Comm. Honours in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a construction environment is essential.
