The Paid Digital Specialist will manage the day to day demand generation efforts executed through digital media including but not limited to : PPC / Search Engine Marketing (Google AdWords) Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.

Your key job responsibilities as the Paid Digital Specialist in Cape Town will include :
Manage day-to-day performance cross multiple search engines (Google, Bing / Yahoo), paid social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
and affiliate including monitoring account and campaign performance, troubleshooting issues and identifying new opportunities
Responsible for campaign set up, execution, budget management, optimization, and reporting / analytics of campaigns
Perform audience and keyword research to develop new campaign initiatives for paid media programs
Manage programs to budget and cost per lead forecasts
Use 3rd party tools to optimize campaigns (Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, etc.)
Use data and insights to inform decisions and present to cross functional team
Analyze key performance data (top of funnel to bottom) within managed PPC channels
Manage external vendor relationships
Requirements for this Paid Digital Specialist job in Cape Town :
1-3 years of direct-response media management experience
Understanding of how to develop and execute media strategies across paid digital media channels
Familiarity with direct management of PPC channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords)
Familiarity with how digital ads are served and conversion tracking processes using pixels, URL parameters, etc.
Digital and ecommerce knowledge in direct to consumer model
Familiar with consumer data and segmentation
Detailed knowledge about granular account optimization in line with KPIs (experience with localized campaign strategy is a plus)
Passionate about all thing digital and a proactive learner
