Branch Manager Opportunity with leading Freight Company.
The successful candidate must have 7 years experience working in Shipping / Freight or a Clearing and Forwarding experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in a managerial capacity.
You must have a sound knowledge of commercial insurance and loss control policies and practices, organizational disciplines, systems and functions (Finance, HR, IT and Sales), freight transportation operations, processes, methods and practices.
You must be an excellent communicator on all levels and have good inter-personal skills and leadership ability. Your duties will include achieving operational results, determining branch strategies, maintaining client services and achieving sales volume, maintaining branch administration and financial control and managing staff and achieving staff results.

BCom Degree or National Diploma (Level 5) in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Freight / Transportation relevant qualification
