National Beverage Solutions ManagerIntroductionThe worlds leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company wants a National Beverage Solutions Manager to develop long term sustainable profitable growth and implement strategic channel plans, key regional and local initiatives to achieve ambition to be the local leader in branded beverage solutions to Lead the local market beverage solutions team (marketing, sales) to achieve KPIs targets.
DescriptionDefine, monitor and analyse the NP Beverage Solutions KPIs across both the ingredients and solutions parts of the category linked to the agreed strategic channels.
Develop the local market beverage solutions team and drive strategy in line with MBS, and define and implement the key initiatives and activities required to deliver Beverage Solutions Plan.
Ensure leadership of the core competency areas that will deliver the results through performance monitoring vs. agreed KPIs sales and marketing, distribution and technical (inc equipment service in the field).
Provide support to Regional Beverage Solutions Managers to deliver KPIs agreed based on the Beverage Solutions Business Plan.
Market representative at key regional and global Beverage Solutions meetingsEnsure all necessary NP ESAR and NIM support function are managed and in place to support the Beverage Solutions plan locally.
Ensure compliance with all NP and organisation directives on areas such as NHW, product and system performance testing.Implement best practices and processes for excellence or BMB-
MS to ensure effective processes in place to ATTRACT ACQUIRE RETAIN and GROW Machine Park.Manage all aspects of people with HR related to the beverage solutions business, recruitment, training, development, succession planning, reviews and appraisals.
Manage all DSD and or 3rd party service support suppliers as defined necessary to support the execution strategy with end customers.
Ensure compliance through marketing execution the global brand guidelines for the beverage solutions strategic global and regional brands.
Manage with Regional Beverage Solution Managers and all Key Accounts across key channels ensuring annual event planning and top to top meetings are in place.
ProfileDegreeFMCG ExperienceExperience in both Marketing and Sales, preferable Beverage experience.
