· The QHSE Systems Manager will improve and update our current ISO 9001 : 2015 and will implement ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 systems going forward · Assures compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, policies and procedures related to Quality and EHS.

· Drive continual improvement by recommending actions or policies that result in cost reduction, efficiencies or increased profitability to the company.

· Support the organization with strategy deployment and KPI leadership management · Lead the CAPA process implementation and sustain the process via CAPA board meetings · Be a technical resource to guide site management in their responsibilities for EHS.

· Implement and maintain the program for protection of employees and regulatory compliance regarding chemical hazards, audits, waste disposal and other safety and environmental aspects.

· Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy manufacturing and service environment.

Manage company Safety file. · Manages near miss, incident and accident reports to ensure that root cause is determined and corrective actions are implemented.

· Works as part of the Quality / EHS leadership team to develop and deploy global policies and programs. · Control the day-

to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems · Develops and implements EHS training · Conducts risk reviews, compliance audits and internal assessment of facility · Evaluate and analyze quality issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions · Drive Customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints · Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations · Collection, analysis and reporting of QMS metrics · Work in partnership with senior and site management to develop and implement strategies, policies, and services to increase employee safety & reduce organization risks · Conduct Continuous Improvement processes to improve processes and procedures Minimum Qualifications · A Bachelor Degree in Quality Management / Industrial Engineering is required.

5 years of relevant working experience in Quality / EHS / Engineering management Competencies / Behavioral · Flexibility · Influence & Persuasion · Unwavering quality / EHS ethics · Leadership · Quality Management experience within the chemical manufacturing industry · Should be familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management Standard, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management, ISO 14001 : 2004 Environmental Management · Be comfortable developing the Companys QHSE systems and encouraging a culture of excellence and compliance · Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the above standards, relevant legislation and compliance requirements · Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company · Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems · Possess strong planning, organizational, teamwork and presentation skills · Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills
