Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the MS Engineer (L2) are able to restore service to clients.

Their primary objective is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical / process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

The MS Engineer (L2) focuses on second line support for incidents and requests with medium level of complexity.Radford reference : "Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and / or network-based (cloud) product systems.

Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.

Analyzes, designs, acquires and implements projects for LAN and / or WAN systems. Plans, designs, acquires and implements telecommunications voice / wire systems.

At higher job levels, may contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set.

Working at NTTMS Engineer L2Cisco Collaboration EngineerJob OverviewWe are looking for UC Engineer experienced in design, development, delivery, and Unified Communications System platforms.

The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration and Communication technology.

The position works closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user experiences and technology experiences for our staff, members, and community.

Responsibilities and DutiesActing as SME and providing support and mentoring to tier1 and tier2 IT support groups and where necessary engaging with end users.

Responding to day-to-day Operation including Incident and Change management.Providing administrative and engineering support on the various UC applications, Designing and implementing new UC solutions including new site deployments, office migrations, company acquisitions or office expansionsDeveloping and scripting new UCCX applications to meet business requirements or changes in requirementsDeveloping the voice strategy as new products are released or as business needs dictate.

Maintaining accurate and up to date system documentation both low / high level designs, equipment inventories, number ranges and procedural documents.

Maintaining the UC environment through system patching, addressing specific issues or taking proactive steps to ensure minimum down time.

Working with vendors, procurement and project teams to deliver new UC requirements to the business.Provide out of hours and on call support for major incidents, Shift work required to support other geographical regions.

Qualifications The candidate should have experience implementing, deploying, and operating Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) solutions in a production environment and must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of related technologies to include, but not limited to, those listed belowCUCM, UCCX, CUC, IM&P, Calabrio's WFM& SocialMiner.

Cisco Voice Series ISR : FXS, FXO, ISDN, MGCP, H. and SIP.Good understanding of SIP, SCCP, MGCP, SRST, TEHO, Extension Mobility, QoS, RTP, PSTN connectivity, SRST and TCP / IP.

Experience to prepare UCCX IVR scripting independently good knowledge to prepare IVR workflow. Knowledge to integrate Finesse desktop to backend application.

Good knowledge and experience to understand complex VoIP dial plan.Awareness of carrier infrastructures.Awareness of project management processes.
