Description An occupational health and safety organization in Cape Town currently has 2 call centre positions available. Call centre experience a must, including customer care work experience.
Must be able to work (7am 4pm) Monday to Friday. You will be required to work the weekends twice monthly. Duties include : Supporting users on both inbound and outbound calls, answer questions and inquiries, follow the set framework, and provide information as required.
