  • Key performance areas : Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff Accepting and record incoming telephone enquiries, taking client’s details discreetly and accurately Client liaison and communication Typing, preparing and collating reports Organizing and servicing meetings / prioritizing workloads Assist in resolving any administrative problems Ad-hoc receptionist duties The successful candidate must have : Matric Office Administration qualification would be beneficial 1 2 years’ experience in a similar role Highly computer literate (Spreadsheets, Word processing, Email) Excellent communication & people skills fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Highly organized person and able to work under pressure Must be able to build relationships with clients and staff Must be flexible and willing to assist with ad-hoc duties when required Must be a team player
