Run Service Team Onboarding Training 4-day training which will occur post induction for all employees who will be coming into the service team (and / or doing a rotation within the service team).
The STT will be responsible for editing, updating, maintaining, and developing the STOB training as and when required Test, mark and provide feedback to trainees and their direct reports Collect feedback from leads, HODs, seniors and trainees on training experience and develop training each month based on feedback Where certain individuals may struggle integrating within the service team, the STT may be asked to go and assist the senior / lead with identifying training gaps and coming up with a training guideline / program for the individual Act as service team point of call for all training related queries Create, maintain, update, and coordinate all service-related trainings Develop a schedule to assist with training needs Identify training needs and liaise with the relevant parties to create the applicable trainings Conduct employee surveys and interviews where necessary Create and manage Rise training material for the whole service team Make sure content created is disseminated appropriately amongst all TecEx departments Be fully up to date with all operational activities within the service team.
This includes but is not limited to ICE, AM and LC activities. This may involve running a few shipments if the STT and their direct report sees it would be beneficial tecex.
