We are currently looking for a well spoken, professionally presented Receptionist to join our clients team in Cape Town
Very well spoken with a professional telephone etiquette
2 to 3 years working experience in a frontline reception role.
Presentable, conscientious and punctual.
Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.
Key Tasks :
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
You will welcome all staff and visitors to the building assisting in line with their particular requirements.
Greet visitors ensuring all names and details are logged on visitors recording system, issue passes, notify tenant if applicable, or Building Management.
Ensure the Building Manager is informed when contractors arrive at building and before they commence any works
Answer the telephone in an efficient and professional manner, within a target of 3 rings
All messages to have time, date, caller's name company, contact no and reason for call, if appropriate. Messages must be passed to the recipient promptly.
Assist with maintaining the Building tenant directory and contacts and ensuring all appropriate staff are provided with an up to date copy.
