Role Responsibilities :
Assisting with the recruitment process by capturing candidate details into our CRM system.
Assisting with the recruitment process by tailoring the candidate's CV into our own format. This will be done with tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, Job Boards, etc.
Utilising your strong written / communication skills to engage with our candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
This includes calls, emails, WhatsApp's, etc.
Utilising your kind / caring approach to build strong relationships with both our candidates as well as the other members of the Parvana team.
Embracing knowledge transfer to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process and the technologies that we make use of.
Preferred Qualifications :
A tertiary Degree would be ideal
Relevant Skills / Experience :
Experience working in an admin related role would be beneficial.
Computer literacy skills and a keen interest in IT.
Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key.
Ability to self-manage and an inclination to assist others when / if needed.
Our IT systems are high tech so good basic IT skills are a must. Training will be provided for the rest. Someone who wants to study further in IT would be ideal.
Due to the international nature of our business, the successful candidate for this role will need to have excellent spoken and written English skills - this is essential.

Office Hours / Transport :
Due to the nature of the role, this position has fixed working hours of 08h00 to 17h00, it is office based and follows a traditional work week of Monday to Friday.
Our Southern Suburbs (Claremont / Bishopscourt area) offices are unfortunately far from public transport so own transport is essential
