Our client, an American based remote company, is looking for a Mandarin-Speaking Marketing Manager located within South Africa to join their amazing and diverse remote team.

They are one of the first movers in bringing Cryptocurrency to the masses in Africa and the Middle East and have now become one of Africa’s top cryptocurrency companies!

As Marketing Manager, you will have the responsibility to develop and manage marketing programs across multiple countries in specific channels, support business objectives, customer acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance brand building

Role : Full-time, permanent

Work Type : Remote

Language Requirements : Fluent in English and Mandarin

Type of person : Critical thinking, strong in your domain and can engage and lead some of the largest most intimidating companies in the world


5+ years of experience in international marketing

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar

Fluney in English and Mandarin in a must

Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results

Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

Strong project management skills

Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

Responsibilities :

Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of their overall strategic marketing plan

Market through various channels in multiple countries

Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make

recommendations on marketing tactics.

Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention

Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in

support of improved marketing strategy and communications

Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and


Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
