A dynamic international call centre concern is looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst providing remote IT support telephonically to an internationally based customer base.
The candidate should have the ability to log tickets and requests, and see it through up until completion.
Grade 12 with a relevant IT tertiary degree or qualification are required with a minimum of A+ and N+ and / or a MCSE qualification is desirable.
Experience of between 12 to 24 months of IT technical remote service desk support is essential.
The candidate should be able to apply trouble shooting skills and the ability to work in a high pressured technical / networking environment.
Candidates would be expected to work remotely from home for the first few months and should have strong and reliable wi-fi connection.
