Lynnwood, Pretoria : SENIOR TRANSFERS SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements :
Professional and presentable female
Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, attending to Transfers (preferably Developments Transfers)
Independently functional from receipt to finalization
Bookkeeping experience advantageous (to assist with firm’s bookkeeping functions)
Stable employment record and contactable reference
6 months fixed term contract, with strong possibility of becoming permanent
Drafting of Development Transfer documents
Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary : Negotiable depending on experience
