Our client is looking for a Credit Risk Manager who will be managing and controlling all activities and functions in the Securities & Credit Administration arena -
ensuring all associated business risks are aligned with the requirements and strategy of the bank. What you will be doing : Securities Administration : Maximising revenue and mitigating credit risk by managing all activities.
Legal Agreements : Managing the drafting of all Facility Letters, Loan Agreements, Contracts, Security Documents & Resolutions for Instalment Finance, Leases, Medium Term Loans, Mortgage Bonds, Overdrafts and any other type of Loan (as approved by the relevant authorities (RMC, Credcom, Credit Manager).
Drafting of any other legal agreement as and when required. Security Documentation : Credit Administration, Contingent Accounts, Lending Accounts, Monthly Credit Write Offs and Arrears.
Financial Management : Annual budget & Financial Reporting. Management Reporting : Running ODS Reports re Obsolete-, Expired-
Pending Collateral. Budgeting & Budgetary Control within Budgeted Limits. Leading & managing a team. B Comm Degree or LLB Proficient in Microsoft 5 yrs exp -
Drafting of Contracts 3yrs exp - Managing of Staff 5yrs exp - Credit & Securities Administration 3yrs Exp - Manager in a support banking environment
