Logging and prioritisation of service requests and incidents
1st line investigation, diagnosis and resolution
Escalate incidents / service requests to 2nd and 3rd level support
Ensure user satisfaction at all times through communication of incident status, closure and change notifications
Liaise with service providers to ensure client resolution
Ensure the CMS is up to date at all times
Assist with hardware support, repair and configurations *Minimum
History of learning to expand skills within the IT environment
Willingness to learn
