  • Coordinate and administer the day-to-day operational running of the department. What You’re going to do
  • To provide an effective and efficient administrative function to the team in the implementation of solutions and services that support the business’s current and future requirements.
  • Provides support to the team on administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Arrange detailed travel arrangements and compile all the relevant documentation for travel-related meetings
  • Co-ordinate all the components (logistics, catering etc.) of events, meetings and functions within budget and specifications
  • Escalade faults and other housekeeping issues with the relevant service provider and ensure queries are resolved within the given timeframes
  • Order and control office supplies and equipment in line with budget parameters
  • Collate, compile and distribute documents and reports to the required standards within defined time-frames
  • Develop and maintain various databases and records
  • Reconcile and report on relevant information including data accuracy and checking
  • Accurate collation / consolidation of information for internal reports across regions and businesses (eg weekly / monthly / quarterly reports)
  • Support the inductions activities for new staff members
  • Accurately update and maintain the asset registers
  • Accurate collation / consolidation of information for internal reports across regions and businesses
  • Admin support to the team ito agendas, prepare packs, minutes, action plans
  • Assist in admin logistics of project implementation (setting up project meetings, minutes, update plans,etc.) What you’ll need :
  • Matric
  • Studying toward a tertiary qualification preferred
  • Min 3 years coordination and admin experience in a financial services environment preferred.
  • Solid MS Office skills and Advanced Excel
