The Sanlam Personal Finance (SPF) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. SPF provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions.
These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health and fiduciary services.
Designed to facilitate long-term wealth creation, protection and niche financing, these solutions are engineered around client needs.
What will you do? Outputs / Tasks :
Responsible for full administration of trust and fund accounts.
Managing of assets of trust on behalf of third party (high volumes).
Liaison with internal and external clients (high volumes).
Support to Client Account Manager.
Providing service to trust beneficiaries in respect of the management of their accounts.
What will make you successful in this role? Requirements : Qualifications :
At least 1 year relevant experience in trust or employee benefits administration.
Knowledge of appropriate legislation.
Knowledge of financial concepts, structure of trusts, retirement funds, group schemes and beneficiary funds.
Communicates effectively - ability to communicate in any of the official languages will be an advantage.
