Our client is looking to recruit a HR Administrator for a 6 months contract for the Durban area, who will be responsible for administration and customer liaison support for the company.

Preparing monthly reports and HR reports and project reports Creating various spreadsheets Preparing staff packs and ensuring staff files are kept up to date Arranging criminal checks and medicals for all new staff Prepare monthly tumesheets and to capture information on master timesheet Wage negotiations Assist with CCMA cases Ensuring all adhoc and overtime is billed Maintain absenteeism and leave roster / daiy reports Liaison with toilet hire and assist management with co-ordinating cleaning for special events Typing of quotes Attending to disciplinary inquiries Recruitment and industion of all staff Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation Follow-up and ensure that new employee orientation takes place Advertising in house positions Assist with information needed for negotiations with unions Provide support to branches with labour disputes, disciplinary actions and grievances Ensure compliance with BCEA and Labour Relations Act Must have : Matric 2 - 3 years related admin experience Payroll experience HR / IR experience Computer literacy Accuracy
