Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Basic administration duties. Assisting with financial duties. Requirements : Grade 12. Proven experience in a similar role.

A finance background will be to your advantage. Must be fully computer literate experience in Pastel will be to your advantage.

Mathematics or Accounting background will be to your advantage.
