Income / Deposit allocation to occur within 24 hours Ensure monthly reconciliations are done before the next month-end. Ensure the system is updated before the 7th of the next month Ensure all employers are informed about discrepancies, wrong information etc.

Ensure new entrant certificates are produced and delivered within 30 working days. Ensure the employers are informed of future retirements.

Ensure the system is accurately updated for benefit certificates, audits and valuation. Ensure reports reflect the most current information and is available for meetings Ensure the online system is updated daily with all relevant information that impacts on benefit payments, quotes, deductions etc.

Ensure that the information extracted from the system is accurate before dispatch Operate within budget and prevent write-off’s Comply with HR and all relevant policies Prepare personal development plan Minimum Requirements : Matric 3 years experience in Employee Benefits industry
