The role involves the delivery of leading-edge operational excellence, process optimisation and continuous improvement.DUTIES / SKILLS REQUIREDIdentifying, scoping and assessing improvement opportunitiesIdentifying process improvements to design future state processesPresenting recommendations supported by a business caseLeading teams to deliver process / continuous improvement projectsUsing Visio or other process mapping toolsUsing data analytics & visualisation toolsREQUIREMENTSQualified Industrial Engineer with 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position in thefinancial services industry.

A strong understanding and experience of Operational Excellence / Process Optimisation tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean, Six SigmaStrong presentation skills.

The ability to work independently and lead the process optimisation function within the company.Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans
