30Location : StellenboschOffice Based positionStart Date : January 2022The position require the skills of a lady with a post matric qualification in marketing or hospitality.

A diploma or degree is a requirement, it is an Afrikaans environment but all clients are located abroad thus work will only be done telephonically and on email in English.

The skill set consist of : Managing a diary / calendar & assisting CEO with ad hoc tasksExcellent written and verbal English LanguageExcellent Administrational & organisational skillsThe person will have to be very self motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills.Working knowledge Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirement.

  • s duties and responsibilities will include : Administrative duties to reach the relevant deadlines and targets of the season in accordance with the seasonal planning.

    Identifying client queries and respond accordinglyResponsible for checks of marketing to do's and daily planning Supportive role when staff is absent to stand inWeekly feedback report on sales and marketing related dutiesResponsible to assist and role out of awards season timeline and pro-active planning to ensure that deadlines are metKey event support if an international event is held once a year (travelling may required once a year)InvoicingHandle new Membership signups Assist with training of new staff membersWeekly workload planning Minutes of meetingsMerchandise orders during Aug - November each year New membership sign ups retrieve and processCEO reminder lists on a weekly basis and summary of any backlog in the marketing team that may existFacebook postsCommunication of any magazine or promotional alerts that go hand in hand with membership benefits.
