Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Own reliable laptop.
Previous recruitment training or similar an added advantage.
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). An expert on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Home language must be English (person must have excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language).
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and / or sales experience is ESSENTIAL . Person must be able to hit the ground running .
Manage new and existing clients.
Reach monthly targets.
Daily cold calling (person must love telemarketing)!
Completing reference checks.
Setting up interviews, etc.
Meeting with clients, building and retaining client relationships.
Person must be meticulous about their work / attention to detail is ESSENTIAL ! Person should work with a constant sense of urgency.
Would only suit a very well-spoken, well-groomed and professional person who is full of confidence, outgoing and bubbly.
Person must be very self-motivated, persistent and extremely hardworking.
This position would suit someone who has previously worked in the Pietermaritzburg / Durban area in recruitment and / or sales consultant.
