Digital Project LeaderDescriptionA dynamic and innovative advertising company in Durban, who partners with leading brands, is currently seeking to employ a Digital Project Leader / Account Executive, to report to the Head of Projects.

  • JOB OVERVIEW : The Account Executive / Project Leader will undertake a wide range of duties relating to the coordination of digitally lead projects in the area of digital advertising, or as per the scope of the job required.

    ups on outstanding feedback to clientsFollow-ups on outstanding CE'sAdherence to urgent requests and tasks (1 day turnaround items)Client assistance -

    Troubleshooting on matters within projects that don't necessarily lie within the digital scopeClient relationship management Agency Facing : Coordination of internal teamsCreation of agency briefsInternal project status updatesEnsuring that deadlines are met by following deliverablesQuality assurance on all pieces of work before delivering to clientsUnderstanding of each creative's different personality types to adjust to an approach in working together successfullyCoordination of third party suppliers, including Influencer ManagementBriefing of influencers and suppliersCoordination of influencers and third party suppliers for production days and events as needed per brandBrand management -

    Ensuring the brand is correctly represented to all parties involvedCoordination of preproduction and production status meetingsSourcing of third party suppliers, props and wardrobesPurchasing and planning of mealsTravel arrangements for the crew, models, influencers and third party suppliers at ProductionModel ManagementManagement of client, should they be at productionsEnsuring all deliverables / objectives are met at productionsEnsure the smooth running of the entire production, including time keeping Post Production : Ensuring that all deliverables from production (if any) get to the client on timeEfficient payment of suppliers MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : A degree in Media or EnglishAt least 2 years' experience in Digital Project ManagementExperience in Campaign ManagementDriver's LicenseKnowledge of Web TechnologiesExperience in writing functional briefsExperience in creating detailed project plans, timelines and budgets / cost estimatesDigital, ATL, BTL REQUIRED SKILLS : The ability to work in a high-
