Location - Town / City Isando Job Type Permanent Company Profile An opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Officer to join the Logistics Shared Services team in Isando and will report directly to the HR Manager.
The successful individual will be responsible for providing HR support to the site. A completed HR qualification with a minimum of three years of HR experience working in an FMCG, Manufacturing, or Logistics environment required.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide HR support to management and staff Ensure all HR audit requirements are adhered to and provide auditors with necessary documentation when requested Manage all HR and Employee administration Process engagements and terminations of employees Provide assistance to line managers with regards to disciplinary procedures, recruitment, training and staff matters Assist with recruitment including posting adverts on the site notice boards, conduct interviews, document progress and ensure a fair process Prepare HR reports as required (Headcounts, IR Matters, Absenteeism, etc.
