Hot on the heels of our April listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange in New York, we’re looking for talented and ambitious Sales Consultants to drive our new Communicator solution through our subscriber base.

Communicator is a mobile application developed to enable customers to plan and schedule jobs, allocate these to drivers or employees, and monitor the progress of these jobs through the day through to sign on screen completion.

This technology will make our customers a whole lot more efficient in managing their operations and we expect this solution to be in high demand in our customer base.

It does require a certain amount of specialized knowledge and hence the establishment of the dedicated roles of Solutions Consultants.

The persons we are looking for to fill these new roles will have a thorough background in sales and / or business analysis.

We sell solutions not boxes.

The position includes a generous commission incentive.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in the Communicator application and its integration into our Fleet Solutions platform. Full training will be provided.
  • Strategic customer analysis to identify potential users.
  • Support the national sales team of Relationship and Account Managers to identify prospects and assist with presentations and customizing the Communicator solution to their requirements.
  • Establish a sales budget in conjunction with the Head of Sales.
  • Aggressively drive the sales function to achieve the sales budget.
  • Interface with existing customers to ensure they are using the Communicator to its full potential.
  • Requirements

    The key output is to sell and achieve sales targets!

  • This person should have at least 5 years sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Should have an analytical mind to be able to analyze a customer’s business and understand how the solution can be deployed to drive efficiencies and add value to the customer’s operations.
  • Have the maturity, confidence, and ability to present and negotiate at senior level.
  • Must be numbers literate.
  • Skilled at building relationships, both at employer and customer level, and use those relationships to build the business.
  • A strategic thinker yet someone who can implement quickly and guide deals through to completion.
  • High energy individual, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to contribute to the leadership team.
