The Role :
We are looking for an experienced EE Liaison and Bulk Material Planner for a fixed term contract for Pretoria.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating the Flashing Activities after PU runouts.
Responsible for scrutinising the Flash bar report and identifying the parts which are flashable.
Responsible for establishing a close network to relating departments (TI-54, TI-515, TX-12 TV-332) to support Material Control queries in NAFTA and in Germany.
Responsible for ensuring that the identified parts are flashed according to the applicable I Level.
Responsible for representing TX-R-12 in the Plantâ??s SIT Meeting.
Responsible for mapping a flash plan in relation to Days of stock coverage.
Responsible for coordinating trial tests of flashed parts on the line.
Responsible for monitoring the FIFO logic and adherence to it.
Responsible for coordinating the flashed activities resulting from sporadic I-Level changes.
Responsible for Bulk Material Planning
Responsible for ensuring two box principles for Bulk parts.
Updating of ZM06 comments with the right coverage and expediting the stock from both Germany and USA.
Qualifications and Experience needed for he role :
B-Tech Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Essential Skills Requirements :
Advanced SAP knowledge
Advanced excel knowledge
Material Planning knowledge
E / E I-level Logic
Advantageous Skills Requirements :
