general & ELRC and maintenance of filing cabinet Diarising and drawing ELRC files Support of IT, printers, phones and fibreDiary management Boardroom / meeting room maintenance, making sure clean and booking for meetings.

Liaising with managing agent re window cleaning, maintenance, aircon etc.copies, printing, capturing on Legalsuite.Archiving files (Tidyfiles)Insurance company and personal (managing and keeping up to date, claims etc)Invoicing from Legalsuite (ELRC)Diarising birthdays and arranging cards, cake etc.

Opening files on Legalsuite, capturing on server, creating soft filePreparing tenders and ensuring the deadline is met.
