The position will be specifically responsible for business development and growth of the Security Services and Facilities Management revenues and countrywide.

Key Account Sales Executive, cultivating good client relations

  • Liaising with clients in the property industry
  • Introducing the Company to various corporate property companies within South Africa
  • Business Development : cold calling, client retention, Networking, After sales service
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for properties
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Must be able to write Quotations
  • Knowledge of Costing
  • Must have good experience in conducting presentations
