Minimum Requirements :
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience in Caseware.
Proficient with MS Office.
Minimum 3 years working experience Post SAICA Articles.
Audit team management and co-ordination experience.
Duties and responsibilities :
PFMA and MFMA audit.
Responsible for leading and directing all aspects of audit services delivered.
Leading Audit team.
Audit lead on large private and fully / JSE listed clients.
Partners support in marketing activity and in group sales, through client pitches, group networking marketing event attendance.
Contribution of new business relations development.
Support Partners with the implementation and communication of any new business strategy to existing clients.
Provide coaching to assisting team members to achieve their personal career goals.
Responsible for resource planning and allocation, performance management, training and recommendations for promotions.
Key Account Management participation.
Cooperation with central departments on risk management, technical and other matters.
Responsible for maximising profitability from a portfolio of clients.
Direct engagement with clients on audit judgement and technical decisions.
Additional Information :
Operating Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM.
Candidates would be required to travel to clients location as required from time to time, therefore own reliable transport is required.
