We are a boutique International Contact Centre based in the majestic setting of Cape Town in the heart of the City Centre.

  • PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT GQM FUND ADMINISTRATORS (PTY) LTD. We do not look to fill seats nor do we recruit individuals who are complacent (in all aspects of the word);
  • we recruit only the best in the industry so if you think you have what it takes to run with the wolves, passionate about success in your career as well as financially then pay close attention! The characteristics of the candidate we are looking for : - Passionate about call centre sales;
  • a positive individual who is confident, results-driven and works well under a lot of pressure to succeed. Our working environment is like the Wolf of Wall Street on steroids! - A team player with leadership skills, able to use their own initiative and work unsupervised to close deals.

    Remuneration Package : Basic Salary Per Month (Gross) : R7,000.00 Commission : UNCAPPED (The skies the limit - literally!) Training : Provided upon commencement and on an ongoing basis Shift Hours : Not hectic Interviews will be conducted in Durban between 02 - 06 November 2020.

    Shortlisted candidates will be assessed during the interview process, join us for a paid week of training (09 - 13 November 2020) and successful candidates will be flown to Cape Town to join the team! Prove to us that you have what it takes to earn a spot on our team, run with our wolf pack to close high end deals and who knows within 6 - 12 months we could be sending you to our European office.

    N.B. Do NOT apply if you have NOT WORKED in a telesales environment / call center / contact center before. The ideal candidate will need to have the following

    Requirements :

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification; - Tertiary qualification (advantageous); - Proven communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Neutral Accent; - A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a hardcore sales-driven call center environment; - Clear criminal and credit record (verification and necessary checks will be undertaken) ;
