Key Responsibilities include :
Drive improved revenues, deposits, net contribution, activity and promotions by leading the technical channels, smart segmentation and paying careful attention to player indicators
Actively monitor reports, analyse, and drive daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key active metrics, fluctuations up and down, anomalies and trends to identify key opportunities for growth with a strong focus on bench-mark comparisons
Conceptualisation and execution of innovative, profitable and engaging promotions based on knowledge gained from internal analysis, competitor analysis, industry experience and online research.
Insist on timeous and error-free execution of these promotional projects
Manage team to drive motivation and overall delivery output. Create a fair and happy working environment. Continually assess staff performance.
Continually provide staff with feedback on their performance

Essential Criteria :
Must be mathematically inclined, strategic, logical, analytical with a drive to increase customer value and grow bottom line
A degree in finance, accounting, entrepreneurial, science or statistics is required
Ability to apply findings to marketing campaigns is a must
Must have high attention to detail and be strong technically
Must have management skills and 5 years’ relevant experience
