Our client, a well-established FMCG distribution company who is located in North Riding is currently seeking for
2 x Invoice Clerks to join their growing Team.
We are looking for 2 x diligent invoice clerkâs who will be responsible for :
Capturing and processing of orders on Pastel Evolutions
Manually capturing telephonic orders / Telesales
Ensuring accounts are aware of outstanding monies so money can be collected
Routing of orders and ensuring all orders done are routed and loaded for delivery
Applying of deals and ensuring all orders processed are accurate .
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (start time 07 : 00 am 16 : 00 pm or 8am 17 : 00 pm)
Minimum Requirements :
Must stay in and around JHB North area.
Previous experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred.
Working knowledge of accounting software, such as Pastel Evolution
