We are seeking an engaged Sales Specialist to execute territory sales strategies, present solutions to existing customers, and identify new opportunities across a high-profile client base.

Your primary objective as a Sales Specialist will be to promote our Collaboration and Digital Workplace solutions and service to our installed and new customer base, to drive our expansion and growth in the German speaking market in Switzerland.

In this role, you will :

Feel comfortable in understanding customer challenges and mapping solutions and services to it, to help customers achieving their business outcomes.

Feel comfortable talking to different stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise.

Demonstrate NTT capability and experience in the relevant practice area or service area resulting in the expansion of existing client accounts.

Have excellent level of industry knowledge, combined with commercial acumen, business strategy skills, and knowledge of sourcing models and market trends as well as in-depth understanding of the client’s business.

Be able to generate demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs. They effectively articulate how NTT can add value through its products and services solutions offerings.

Be responsible for selling complex technical solutions and / or services.

Feel comfortable managing and coordinating the sales and technical team in support of the sale of NTT solutions.

May also be called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales.

Primarily focus on selling the company's products / services; mainly occurring as a result of a merger or acquisition. This role is not an engineering position.

This role is perfect for you if you :

Have a Degree in Computer Science, Economy or related field

Have proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a solution selling environment.

Use professional concepts and company objectives to solve complex issues in creative ways

Network with others outside own area of expertise

Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results

Have a proactive approach to detect and understand customers’ needs

Have the ability to define a methodology and strategy to generate new business (cross-sell, upsell, and lead generation)

Demonstrate strong understanding of the Swiss ICT landscape and customer business environment to identify opportunities

Are service oriented and customer satisfaction focused

Have the ability to cope in a fast-changing environment and think innovatively

Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Are resilient and flexible

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to articulate clearly and effectively NTT’s business value

Have full professional proficiency in German and English, Swiss German is a plus
