SAP HCM Consultants with expertise in the Payroll module are required for Permanent roles available with the large Consulting Firm, based in either Johannesburg or Durban.
Applicants must have a K3 / K4 technical ability, with experience in at least one Full Lifecycle Implementation project.
Proficiency in all aspects of SAP HR Payroll is essential.Responsibilities : Contribute to consulting projects by analysing client's business processes and design of SAP solution Primary responsibility is preparation and contribution to the process design workshops, take directions and configure the SAP system, demonstrate and gain acceptance from the customer Performs configuration and assists clients in testing cycles Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals Assist the client in SAP knowledge transfer Continually develops SAP core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience Lead the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence This includes facilitating meetings / task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
Operates as a team member.
